1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, camps, mentoring sessions and services provided by Athlete Academy Ltd (“Athlete Academy”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By booking a session or camp, you agree to these Terms.

All bookings must be made by a parent or legal guardian of the participating athlete.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

2. Bookings & Payment

All sessions and camps must be paid in full in advance to secure a place.

A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received.

Athlete Academy reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking at its discretion.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 General Policy

All bookings are considered final.

Athlete Academy operates a strict no-refund policy once a booking is confirmed.

However, cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled session or camp may be considered for refund at our discretion.

Any refund issued is entirely at the discretion of Athlete Academy and assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Exceptional circumstances may be considered but are not guaranteed to result in a refund.

3.2 Cancellations Within 14 Days

Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled session or camp are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.

3.3 Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

If a camp or session is cancelled due to extreme weather, venue unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control, Athlete Academy may:

• Reschedule the session, or
• Offer a credit toward a future session or camp

Cash refunds will not normally be provided in these circumstances unless required by law.

4. Mentor Substitution

Athlete Academy reserves the right to substitute a named mentor if required due to injury, professional commitments or unforeseen circumstances.

Any substitute mentor will be of comparable professional standard.

Such substitutions do not entitle a participant to a refund.

5. Participation & Medical Fitness

By booking, the parent or guardian confirms that the participant is medically fit to take part in rugby training activities.

Participation is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

Athlete Academy and its mentors shall not be liable for injuries sustained during training, except where caused by negligence.

Parents are responsible for ensuring appropriate medical insurance coverage.

6. Conduct & Safeguarding

Athlete Academy is committed to providing a safe and professional environment.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards mentors and other athletes.

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a session or camp for inappropriate behaviour, without refund.

All communication regarding bookings must be conducted through a parent or legal guardian.

7. Photography & Media

From time to time, photographs or short video clips may be taken during sessions or camps.

Such content may be used for promotional purposes where parental consent has been provided.

If consent is not granted, we will make reasonable efforts to exclude the participant from media content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Athlete Academy provides mentoring and coaching services designed to support player development.

We do not guarantee selection, performance outcomes, or progression within any rugby pathway.

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Athlete Academy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be published on our website
